| BritAm and Access staff studied the Business requirements after exhaustive discussions and meetings at various levels of Management, end-users, and operations. Brokerworld was customized wherever necessary and installed in 8 weeks to start the implementation.
Simulated integrated testing of Brokerworld before and during the deployment was given the highest priority so that all concerned users were satisfied with the functioning of the software. It was also tested on networked environment(both LAN and WAN) before deployment.
Brokerworld has been fully functional and operational at Britam since March 2003.
