It
is Career Landscaping at Access.
In order to generate more computer trained manpower for
Access’ own projects both in India and Overseas,
we have developed a special program – Career Landscaping
at Access - CLA. For the CLA program, Access
selects suitable candidates with the right intelligence,
aptitude and attitude and with the required mental ability
for programming. We will impart special training for
a period of 6 months.
During this period, the candidates will be a part of
Access and will be treated like an employee of Access,
since these candidates are going to be the future employees
of Access.
At the end of the training Program, there will be an
intensive Live Project to work on for 2 weeks duration,
to assess their programming skills.
In our opinion, all the participants should succeed
in this exam. Successful candidates will be absorbed
as Trainee Software Developers with Access, as per the
Access pay scales prevailing at that point of time.
Then depending upon individual performance, the candidate
will be designated as Software Developer/Software Engineer.
From here on, the growth is unlimited, either within
Access or in the outside world.
The candidate is free to leave anytime, if he gets
a better opportunity. The objective is to make the candidates
successful International Quality Programmers so that
Access can employ them globally.
