Access Fixed Assets is an integrated
fixed asset management tool for the purpose of tracking,
depreciations and statutory requirements of an organization's
assets. Access Fixed Asset covers all depreciation and
revaluation methods to maintain fixed assets from different

The software can be used to keep track of vehicles, property,
plant, office equipment and finance arrangements. It can
also be linked to Accounting systems and thereby provide

Asset Purchase Module
The Asset Purchase Module offers comprehensive monitoring
of all fixed asset purchases, from budgeting to purchase
order, goods receipt, to disposal. |

| Depreciation
Module |

The Depreciation Module maintains
depreciation data for individual assets. It monitors the
location of an asset and provides the current worth of
the asset at any point of time.
Access Fixed Assets provides the following Depreciation
methods: Straight Line
Users can define the amount over which the asset is to
be depreciated. Reducing Balance or
Written Down Value
Depreciation is defined annually on the balance of the
asset from the previous year. This method is particularly
useful for assets where the repair and maintenance cost
increase, as the asset gets older. Combination
of Straight Line and Written Down Value
Users can define a fixed annual percentage.
Users can define a declining balance percent and the number
of depreciation years. The depreciation method then automatically
changes from reducing balance to straight-line when the
straight-line amount becomes greater than the declining-balance
amount Additionally, the Depreciation module provides
